What counts as a device?

Any cloud-managed endpoint OnePane pulls into your dashboard — cellular routers, satellite terminals, access points, switches, and firewalls. Your tier is based on the total across all vendors.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Every vendor integration is included in your tier, and so is every user account. Connecting a second or fifth platform is the whole point of a single pane of glass, so we don't charge you for it — your tier only reflects fleet size.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Move up a tier the moment your fleet outgrows its capacity — there are no setup fees and you can cancel whenever you like. Because each tier is priced on capacity, moving up always lowers what you pay per device.
